1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ImgNodus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use our API and infrastructure services for your applications. This license does not include:

Hosting illegal, pirated, or non-consensual content.
Attempting to reverse engineer or bypass service limits.
Using the service for DDoS or malicious activities.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all images uploaded through your account. ImgNodus does not claim ownership of your content but requires a license to host and serve it on your behalf.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates with prior notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our "Acceptable Use Policy" or provide fraudulent information.

6. Limitation of Liability

ImgNodus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
