Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your ImgNodus Pro subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your account will remain in "Pro" status until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be applied to your payment method unless you re-subscribe.
• After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the "Free" tier limits.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be happy with ImgNodus. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions if:

• You have not exceeded 10% of your monthly bandwidth/storage limit.
• You have not used the custom CNAME domain setup features.
• The request is made within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• Annual subscriptions after the initial 7-day period.
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
• Custom enterprise plans or professional integration services.

4. Payment Methods & Processing

Refund processing varies by method:

• Razorpay: Refunds are processed back to the original method (Card/UPI/NetBanking). Usually takes 5-7 business days.
• Manual Payments: Refunds will be initiated via the original payment source after manual verification. Proof of payment is required.
• Crypto Payments: Crypto payments are non-refundable due to blockchain irreversibility.

5. Processing Time & Support

Once approved, refunds take 5-7 business days. Our support team responds to billing inquiries within 48 hours.
