By accessing or using the ImgNodus service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
User is solely responsible for the content they upload. ImgNodus does not claim ownership over your images and will remove illegal or infringing content upon valid notice. By using our service, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you process through our infrastructure.
You may use our service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any content you upload, including ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You agree not to abuse the API, including attempting to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violations. Each API key is for single-account use only and must not be shared publicly.
We store your uploaded images securely on Google Cloud Platform. Images uploaded without authentication are automatically deleted after 1 hour. Authenticated user images are retained per your chosen plan. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
ImgNodus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
