• Process transactions and send billing receipts
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages
• Improve platform performance and reliability

3. Data Storage and Infrastructure

Your images and metadata are stored securely on Google Cloud Platform and MongoDB Atlas under the Google/MongoDB for Startups programs, ensuring enterprise-grade encryption and reliability. We apply industry-standard security practices including TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest.

Guest uploads (without authentication) are automatically deleted after 1 hour. Authenticated user data is retained per your plan and can be deleted at any time from your dashboard.

4. Data Sharing & Payments

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only for required operations:

• Infrastructure: Service providers like Google Cloud and Cloudflare for operations.
• Payments: Transactions are handled securely through **Razorpay**. We do not store card numbers.
• Legal: Law enforcement if required by applicable law.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@imgnodus.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

We use minimal, essential cookies for authentication sessions only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
